David McGuigan

Dave brings nearly 50 years of community and business development experience to Direct Health.

Dave has extensive Board, Advisory Board and Leadership expertise in strategic planning, business development, marketing, branding, licensing, merchandising, project management and product advancement. 

Over the past five decades, Dave has had the great fortune to work within the for profit, non-profit, trade association, retailing, advertising, media, cause marketing, health care, biotech, sports and sustainability sectors. 

Through his many business endeavors, Dave has conducted business in over 80 countries around the world. 

In addition to transacting nearly a billion dollars worth of business with some of the largest corporations in the world, Dave’s has also dedicated himself to human health and well being through work with non-profit organizations including World Vision, Easter Seals, the American Red Cross, Project Concern International (now Global Communities), the American Nutrition Association, Cure Science, Mayo Clinic, and Special Days Camps for Kids with Cancer. 

Dave spent the last 18 years in the biotech industry, helping to advance several stem cell, longevity, and nutraceutical initiatives and currently serves on the Foundation Board of MiraCosta College as their Past President.
